Directions were easy to follow and all the screws and parts were packed for easy access. Took me about 40minutes and she was ready for propane. Followed the seasoning directions and used Hickory wood to complete the process. Tomorrow is the test with meat…here’s hope’n 👍🏼

I bought one of these for my Job, I liked it so much I bought one for home. My problem is the regulator in the controls is not working right. I changed out the gas line regulator for 16.00 through a local store. It is still not firing correctly and both burners will not attain full gas, one lowers when the other is turned on. I bought this through Wayfair in early October. It works from time to time and now it is not the last few times I have used it. I have a smaller Cajun Injector one that works every time that I have to use, when this one does not work. The reason I am putting this in the reviews is there is no contact on your website. But I would like a new controller for this, as it is not the line regulator. Please have someone get in touch with me about how to get a new controller for this! The one at work works great, no issues, in fact I smoked Christmas hams (4) and it was 8 degrees out when I started and it had no issues holding temp.

This was a birthday gift and I was a bit wary after reading some reviews, but my assembly went smoothly and I found that I can use the burners to reach temperatures between 225 and about 335 deg F. It heated to 235 deg F in my first session in 3 minutes. The capacity is quite large with the 4 grates. I judge that I could fit a whole brisket plus other stuff like 6 racks of ribs on the remaining grates, I smoked a test rack of ribs in 3 hours and never had to add more wood chips and it held at exactly 335 deg F. I never had to add more water to the pan. I even used it to cold smoke cheese and some sun-dried tomato slices by only lighting the wood chip tray on fire. I achieved temperatures of 85-103 deg F over a 3.5 hr smoking session and the results were excellent. My only criticism would be that the directions provide no information at all about how manipulation of the top vent and the side vents influence temperature. You are left to figure that out.
