Drip Pan FAQ

What size drip pan does my Dyna-Glo grill need?
Drip pan size depends on your model. 2-burner grills typically use a 20"x13" pan, 3-burner use 25"x15", 4-burner use 27"x16", 5-burner use 28-29"x15", and 6-burner use 33"x15". Always measure your existing pan or check your model number to confirm the exact size.
Can I use disposable drip pan liners instead of replacing the pan?
Yes — disposable aluminum drip pan liners sit inside your existing drip pan and catch grease. They make cleanup much easier and extend the life of your original pan. Replace the liner after every 3-5 grilling sessions or whenever it's full.
How often should I replace my Dyna-Glo grill drip pan?
Replace the drip pan when it shows rust-through holes, heavy corrosion, or no longer sits flat. For porcelain-coated pans, replace when the coating chips and exposes bare metal. With regular cleaning, a drip pan typically lasts 2-3 grilling seasons.
