Does this grill come with the rotisserie kit? 

The grill comes with the rotisserie burner, however, it does not include the rotisserie kit (motor, spit, mounting brackets, meat forks, etc.). It is compatible with most 35″ universal rotisserie kits.

Can you convert this to natural gas?

No, however, there is a natural gas version (DGA550SSN-D)  of this grill
