This model features a 2 door design to help minimize heat loss when access to the upper or lower chambers is required. A 15,000 BTU burner made of cast iron is started by an electro-pulse ignition for quick and reliable starting.

Inside the smoker, it has 4 adjustable cooking grates that can be raised or lowered to accommodate up to 25 pounds of food per grate. Also coupled with a high-capacity water bowl and wood chip box made low maintenance cooking. Finally, this smoker is designed with a unique grease and condensation management system that circulates liquid back into the water bowl and keeps your patio or deck free from trips or stains.

The adjustable top and side damper can open and close for customized temperature and flavor control. The doors on this smoker are equipped with quick-release latches for easy access.
